    Things to do

Located in Silver Falls State Park, the Conference Center is a great place to hold a Family Reunion, Workshop, Staff Retreat, Individual Get-A-Way or even a Company Meeting or Picnic.

Within the Conference Center there are 4 lodges, 2 meeting halls and 12 cabins.  You are required to have 10 people in a group to rent a lodge, but individuals are more than welcome to come and rent one of our cabins. While staying at the Conference Center you may enjoy some of our many recreational facilities. We have a Sand Volleyball Court, (2) Horseshoe Pits, BicyclesFrisbee Golf (there is a $20 fee to set up the Frisbee course) and a heated outdoor Swimming Pool that is open from mid June to the beginning of September. These activities are available to registered guests of the Conference Center. We also have a 3 mile jogging loop that starts and ends at the Conference Center and takes you past some of the old growth of Silver Falls.

Silver Falls State Park offers many activities as well. Horseback rides are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day; you can schedule a ride by calling Scenic Trail Rides at (503) 873-3890. You can also arrange to have a guided nature walk, kid programs with games and crafts, interpretive talks that teach about the history of the park or join the Jr. Ranger program in the Campground. For all of these activities please contact the Interpretive Ranger at (503) 874-0201. You can also take advantage of the 22 miles of multi-use trails that are shared by equestrians, hikers and mountain bikers. Of these trails is the "Trail of Ten Falls", a 7 mile hike which takes you past awe-inspiring views of ten waterfalls and some of the most beautiful scenery in Oregon.

Silverton and surrounding area also offers many different attractions for our guest to enjoy.
