Silver Falls Conference Center is a beautiful place to conduct business. We provide a variety of room sizes and access to audio-visual equipment. In addition, snacks and beverages are available to order. All snacks and beverages must be purchased through the center.

Our Lodges are an ideal setting for small informal meetings. Each lodge has a woodstove, couches, overstuffed chairs, a game table. Audio/visual equipment is provided upon request.

Upper Smith Meeting Hall is a 450 square foot meeting hall that is perfect for smaller groups. Vaulted ceilings with windows looking onto a dense forest of old growth trees give the hall a charming aspect. This carpeted hall has a woodstove and comes with tables and chairs. Coffee Bar and AV equipment available upon request.

Big Leaf Dining Hall is open for group meetings during hours when meals are not being served. The Dining Hall is conveniently split into two sections that can accommodate 70 people per section.  Hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and a deck overlooking Smith Creek give the Hall a warm atmosphere. The Coffee Bar and Audio/visual equipment are available upon request. Meetings need to adjourn 15 minutes prior to meal times.

Smith Creek Meeting Hall is the largest of our meeting halls with 1120 sq. feet and is ideal for larger group meetings. Carpeted floors, vaulted ceilings, and a deck overlooking Smith Creek set a great atmosphere for any meeting. The Hall comes equipped with tables and chairs for your convenience.  The Coffee Bar, audio/visual equipment and modem access are available upon request.

A $100 non-refundable deposit will be taken at time of booking and applied towards your final bill.


Dining Hall
The dining hall is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and offers a variety of coffees at our  Espresso Bar for your convenience.  Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., Lunch  from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.. To request a different meal time for your group please contact our office as soon as possible so we can make the proper arrangements.
